North Channel
A licensed operator that could not buy Meta or TikTok at any useful scale. Growth had to live in organic short-form that survived legal review.
- Sector
- Licensed iGaming
- Constraint
- Paid social largely closed
The brief was not ‘go viral’. It was a daily publishing desk for a restricted category: scripts that a compliance officer could pass, creators who would still post after the first takedown, and a cadence that did not collapse in week three.
We refused a two-week UGC blast and a borrowed impression screenshot. Those belong to other people’s sales PDFs.
What we ran
- Creator contracts written for a gambling-adjacent brand
- Legal review on hooks before anyone hit record
- A weekday publishing clock on TikTok and Reels
- Friday kill/scale of formats the desk could still air
How we judged it
The desk still running after week four, creative still legal, and a scoreboard the operator could interrogate. We do not reprint other agencies’ impression totals.
